6. RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We want you to love your hoodie!
If for any reason you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it under our Returns Policy available on our website.

To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact.
You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

Returns for change of mind are at your cost. Faulty or incorrect items will be replaced or refunded in line with Australian Consumer Law.

Promotions, discounts, or coupon codes (“Promotions”) offered by The Hoodie Guy are:

Valid only for the stated duration.
